Dear Sales Team,

Many thanks for sorting out my problem with the Guitar Hero Drum Kit (orange cymbal).

I filled in the form to Activision straightaway and they responded saying they would send me a label to post the cymbal back to them. What actually happened was they just posted us a new cymbal which we received really quickly (last Friday) especially regarding postal strike !!

Many thanks for handling our problem so quickly and responding positively to any questions I asked whilst trying to sort out filling in the form etc. We really appreciate all your efforts. It makes a refreshing change from some other companies.

We will be very pleased to use The Irons Den again to place orders.

Just received my wii fit and i am so pleased with it,but, more importantly, I am very impressed with your efficiant service.I have had an email telling me the item was out of stock,which it was not,but after my email enquiring as to it's stock status,I received a phone call clearing up the problem very swiftly and reasureing me the item would be with me on Monday,which it was!I will be happy to use you shop again with total confidence that i will get good service,products and customer care.Also, i would be very happy to recommend you to my family and friends.Thank you very much for you help,Kind regards, Mrs Z Sedgley
